MVP Bears is a Baltimore based business that began by accident in 1999.
As a 'good
luck charm', to keep my son John safe while playing football, I created the first "MVP" Bear...an original
work of art and labor of love!
I was surprised when all the other football players and their Mom's
wanted one as well.
My daughter, Christy encouraged me to make her a Cheerleading bear....and the rest is
history....
What started out as two sports soon grew to include: Lacrosse, Field Hockey,
Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball and Basketball.
