1. Why buy an MVP Bear?
MVP Bears offers you MORE then the other Bears: Custom, Affordable, UNIQUE, Personalized. As far as I know, you can not get anything like this elsewhere. You can create a custom keepsake they will cherish forever!
2. How big is the bear?
The bear is a 12 inch poseable, display type bear with moveable arms and legs. This allows for holding the various sports accessoriesand to 'sit' nicely to display your keepsake.
3. How long does it take to get my bear?
Unless we hear otherwise, it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery, but usually within 2 weeks. We need time to create and customize your bear. Remember, this is not an 'off the shelf' product,. It is UNIQUE!. If you have a special date in mind, please email us after your order and we will do all we can to meet your deadline.
4. Will we sell just the uniforms or accessories?
Not usually, please email your request.
5. What does a bear cost?
The prices vary according to the sport you choose, ranging between 32 and 35 dollars. This includes everything but shipping.... the bear, the uniform, the sports accessory and the personalization.
6. What about shipping?
We ship via the US Postal Service, PRIORITY mail. This means that it should only take a maximum of 3 days for you to receive it from the day we ship it. Please remember that EACH bear is uniquely personalized, and therefore is NOT shipped out same day.
SHIPPING COSTS: If ordering ONE bear, the shipping cost is $7. Save on shipping when ordering more then one bear. Shipping on Jackets and smaller items is $3. We also use DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, such that we can TRACK your bear
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypal, a secure internet payment option for payment. You can use your major credit card through Paypal to pay for your bear. You do NOT have to open a Paypal account to do this.
6. How do I know you received my order?
After you place the order, you will receive an Invoice via email. This lets you know your order was received. As with all technology, sometimes there are glitches and the details of the order are not received. If you do NOT receive this Invoice, please email us to verify your order.
